A woman she met traveling out West explained that Kieran in Sanskrit meant ray of light.

SHE IS an traveling artist, mountain woman + creatrix at the core of her. Studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to be a Health Coach in 2014, then for four years later at The Fashion institute of Technology receiving a Bachelors in Fine Arts + Photography, laid the foundation of her life as a holistic artist + creator. She spent several years after freelance shooting interior spaces for designers + real estate among other personal work for clients. In her adoration to learn, Kieran continued on to study Tantra, Shamanism, Hatha + Yin yoga in the years after from 2019 to 2023 as she searched to find herself + deeper purpose in life. In 2021, she enrolled in Shakti Ayurveda School to become a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach + to learn about depth psychology + ultimately the deeper importance of the self + the body’s relationship to one another + nature.

E RYT 620, Kieran is an intuitive + certified life wellness coach, yoga + pranayama instructor, guide in all things outdoor recreation. She’s climbed rock faces, taught yoga for 5 years, facilitated mini-retreat in Wyoming + works 1:1 healing peoples bodies currently.

KIERAN embodies her extensive coaching practice through holding safe, sacred space for others through conscious form listening, grief-work, inner child play, self love to empowerment, relationship healing, spiritual discernment, inner-child-wound healing, emotional gut healing, fear-attachment styles, forgiveness practice + other. Her practice interweaves extensive additional self-study in Ayurveda, Tibetan Buddhism, yoga, Chinese meridians + herbology with the sagacity of life experience. Her passion is to share + keep these ancient teachings traditional while making them comprehensible + applicable for everyone in the modern day.

KIERAN currently facilitates yin yoga classes, Ayurvedic facials + 1:1 coaching locally in NY. She is also taking photography clients for 2024: elopement, portrait + interior.
