Kieran Bammann is a professional photographer with a BFA in Photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in Manhattan. Born and educated in New York, she has since expanded her creative practice across the U.S., now based in Montana. Kieran specializes in architectural, interior/exterior, editorial, lifestyle, and food photography—bringing a refined eye, technical expertise, and a strong sense of visual storytelling to every project.

Kieran’s personal work captures images suspended between memory and moment—dreamlike, observational scenes that feel both familiar and strangely distant. With a gaze that’s both voyeuristic and deadpan, she explores the quiet tension between movement and stillness. Her photographs suggest stories without telling them, offering fragments where time seems to pause and echo all at once.

Kieran Bammann is the owner of Light of Kieran LLC, a creative and holistic practice rooted in deep self-exploration and spiritual wisdom offering holistic practices to ease the dis-ease in the body via in-person therapeutic stretching and virtual Ayurveda coaching. An old soul, artist, and guide, she blends over a decade of experience in yoga, assisted stretching, breath work, integrative nutrition, Ayurveda and mind-body therapies to support others on their personal journeys.

Drawing from diverse modalities—assisted stretching, somatic practices, tantra, Ayurveda, psycho-spiritual coaching, and more—Kieran works one-on-one to foster awareness, healing, and transformation. Her intuitive presence, grounded insight, and deep listening help clients uncover clarity, purpose, and the wisdom within.
