Kieran is certified in Applied Stretching Theory and Practice, Artful Assists, as well as Yin, Hatha, and Kaula Yoga—bringing a well-rounded, intuitive approach to each session that supports both structure and softness in the body.

What to Expect in a Session

Each 60-minute one-on-one session may include:

✔️ Dynamic and static, isolated muscle group assisted stretching
✔️ Breath-led release techniques
✔️ Trigger point or fascia work (as needed)
✔️ A calm, supportive environment focused entirely on you

You'll leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply relaxed.

Sessions can be athletic-focused, therapeutic, or a balanced blend—depending on your goals.

First-Time Session & Consultation – $50

Your initial stretch session is a 60-minute consultation and hands-on experience designed to understand you—your body, your movement patterns, and your goals.

We’ll take time to discuss:

  • Current concerns or areas of discomfort

  • Past injuries or limitations

  • Your lifestyle, activity level, and focus points

Then, we’ll move into assisted and hands-on stretching tailored to your body’s needs.

This session is about building trust, learning something new, and giving your body a chance to breathe, release, and reset.
